The crew who came to install our sump pump were very devoted, hard working, and knowledgeable. They took care of the original problem, and also included other areas that might factor in in the future besides the sump pump. They took the precautions needed today with distancing face masks when having to come into our home. We are confident our problem has been solved, thanks to them!

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized and slightly rusted. Identified area where an external sump pit should be installed.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound plastic covered galvanized ducts that are showing signs of heavy rust and possible mold on plastic. There was dirt and mud in the larger ducts in the back of the house where ground water was entering the system at times of rains. Grading and downspouts should. Be addressed then the system should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal connections and fittings. Concrete is in good condition and metal is only showing slight signs of rust. Plenum also has very little rust. Customer had water in ducts after a heavy rain fall. All the downspouts are properly extended away from the house. Believe this wTerinsystem was an isolated event due to the condition of the ducts. Suggest spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material in order to encapsulate the concrete possibly Transite ducts.

We are installing a perforated sump pump pit outside next to the customer’s house. We are going to core through the foundation wall and install a section of perforated pipe to relieve the water pressure coming in to the air ducts. The water will be discharged underground 10 feet away from the customer’s house.

Televised townhouse and found rusting duct work and dirt. Cleaned ducts and rebuilt plenum and registers. Sprayed system with Duct Armor to seal and renew ducts.
