Very professional service!
Ted - Streamwood, IL 60107
The whole crew that has worked on our ducts has been great to work with (Kevin, Seth, Josh & Jim). They were more than willing to show us everything they found in need of repair and how they would tackle it. They were well organized and got through the work in a timely manner, along with leaving our house in as good as shape as they found it (i.e.- cleaned up well). As a former HVAC tradesman, I can say they know how to do their jobs very, very well.

Televised sewer from pulled toilet. Toilet is on a branch line along wit’s laundry. Toilet only has problems when toilet is used. No problems when using laundry. Cast pipe is only slightly scaled but is in good condition. There is a plastic horn that is built into the toilet that appears to be crimped in order to get it into place on the toilet collar that is offset. Suggest possibly replacing toilet collar then also replacing toilet with a gerber avalanche toilet. Recommend Bills plumbing if they service this area.

Televised sewer from 3” outside clean out. Was only able to get to about 27ft and there appears to be a blockage possible because of a shift in pipe. Located and that is under a new sidewalk. Televised into house and saw root growth in cast iron pipe. Suggest Bills plumbing to repair.

Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC ducts with metal fitting that are rusting. Recommend air duct repair. Suggest spin cast mortaring fitting and plenum that is rusted out then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised sewer from pulled toilet in restroom approximately 64 ft but could not push further due to multiple turns. Pipe is 4” cast iron and is scaled and also has some channeling in the bottom. Suggest pipe coating to smooth out pipe. There is a manhole in parking lot.

We are applying the first application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily deteriorated underground duct work. The air ducts will be completely sealed and pea gravel and dirt will no longer enter the system.

We are doing a video inspection of the underground duct work to determine why the customer has little to no air flow to some of the registers we found a break in the pipe allowing stone backfill to fall in blocking the the air flow.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with asbestos. Ducts appear to be in tact no breaks or cracks at this time. Recommend that ducts be cleaned and then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material in order to encapsulate any possible asbestos.

Performed a video inspection of under slab air ducts. Ducts are extremely rusted and deteriorated. Customer needs to extend all downspouts around the house. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared to restore the structure of the ducts then the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings and connections that are rusting. Water was in system. Suggest installing an inside sump pit and pump and then spray lining system with Duct Armor.

We televised the duct work under the concrete slab, for a down draft furnace system, we found that the metal duct work in the back of the house was rusted out along with all the metal couplings/fittings used one the PVC pipe in the front of the house, we applied our spin cast mortar system to restructure the rusted out metal and applied two applications of the duct armor product leaving a nice clean breathing environment for the homeowner.

Repairing extremely rusted underground ducts by creating new concrete spin cast ducts inside the old ducts. These will then be spray lined with Duct Armor to provide a new clean healthy breathing environment.
