Applied a second coat of Duct Armor to all underground ductwork and the furnace box. Cleaned and prepared the duct surfaces for optimal adhesion. Used specialized spray equipment to evenly apply the protective coating, ensuring full coverage and sealing of all seams and joints. Inspected the application for consistency and thoroughness. The ductwork and furnace box are now reinforced, providing enhanced durability and improved air quality.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized ducts. Suggest spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material to seal off areas wher dirt and sand are entering.

Following a televised inspection of the ducts beneath the slab floor, I observed PVC ducts with indications of either mold growth or residue from smoking inside the residence. Numerous issues, including grading, gutters, and downspouts, require attention outside. Once these exterior issues are resolved, I recommend applying Duct Armor duct lining material to the ducts to address any internal damage and enhance their longevity.

I performed a precise spot repair on a sewer line, specifically targeting a location 55 feet downstream around a 45-degree elbow, where there was a notable separation in the pipe. This repair involved the strategic placement of a short section liner at the exact point of separation. The liner, designed to seamlessly bond and reinforce the damaged area, was cured in place to restore integrity to the pipeline, ensuring a durable and leak-free connection.

Televised sewer from overhead clean out and verified that we can get the patch liner installed. Will provide a proposal for installing the liner.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized and extremely rusted with stone coming in in a few areas. Ducts will need to be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Duct repair service call. Underground ducts were in rough shape from home settling. Installed liner and used video inspection to confirm damage was repaired.

Under slab ductwork video inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings that are severely Rusted and deteriorated. There is also a duct located next to the furnace that is collapsed and needs to be dug up and replaced. After replacing that duct then the ducts should be spin cast mortared on the joints then spray lined with Duct Armor.

Sewer liner installation service call. Inserted a 4-6” liner through the existing overhead clean-out extending downstream approximately 70’ feet ending past the clean out in the front yard. Reinstated cleanout in front yard.

Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC ducts with metal connections. Some of the metal fittings are very rusted. There was standing water in ove section leading to the master bedroom and there was also signs of possible mold. Air duct repair recommended. Suggest spin cast mortaring metal then spray lining entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are applying the first application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work.

Lined a section of 4” cast that was shifted at the foundation wall

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc ducts with metal fittings. Metal fittings and plenum are extremely rusted. There was no standing g water in the ducts at the time of the inspection but the house does have a higher than normal humidity level. It is suggested that all downspouts around the building be extended away to help reduce the amount of ground water that may be raising up into the ducts. After the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared on the connections to restore the structure then the entire system spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
