10-1-2024: Did a video inspection of the sewer from x2 6” pvc clean outs on right side of house in landscape bed, 93’ to city main heavy roots up to 30’ downstream from clean out, also went upstream from main clean out 45’ heavy root at 15’ took guide off camera pushed up to 45’ could not see past 15’ too much root/water holding in pipe. Second clean out brought us back into house 4” cast to bottom of stack. Do not see sump discharge out side of house drain tile may tie into existing sewer. Took a look in basement no sump pump and found another stack in crawl/below addition.

In Oak Park, Chicago, IL, with a new client who is faced with sewer line clogs. Typically caused by invasive tree roots, immediate action was necessary. I did hydro-jetting and a trenchless sewer line replacement which will give drainage, preventing potential backups and safeguarding their home from costly damage.

Underground sewer line repair service call. Rodded from catch basin 135'. Heavy roots are still present from 120' out to the end. Sewer goes between 2 houses with at least one other house on the same line. Will give est. for trenchless lining but will need access to neighbors. Will include a price to install a c/o & for hydro jetting to thoroughly clean.

Televised from stack in basement closet to city main. Found roots in clay tile at multiple connections. Televised from catch basin on south side . Inside stack ties in at 7 feet. Recommend rodding sewer.

Televised sewer from catch basin in back heard approximately 150ft to city main. Sewer has roots at several joints but is in good condition with no major offsets or cracks. Suggest ridding sewer in the future to remove roots to avoid any backup.

Televised sewer from inside clean out in basement. Sewer looks to be in good condition. There is a offset at 90 ft that we could not get past but it is not holding any paper of waste. There were also some slight hairline cracks at around 15ft.

We televised the underground duct work in an apartment building where the first floor heat ducts run under the concrete slab, found that they were heavily rusted out so we rebuilt/restructured the duct work with our spin cast mortar system after the mortar we apply two applications of the duct armor product to seal all the underground duct work. Leaving a clean breathing environment and more efficient HVAC system for the customer.
