Incredible service. Pleasure to work with. This is the second time I chose Trenchless Innovations for a sewer pipe issue because they are professional, reasonable, accommodating, and caring. Rob is an absolute pleasure to deal with (as are the ladies in the office and the service guys). He is knowledgeable, professional, fair, and perfectly suited to be the face of this company. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with a service, least of all on both occasions. First time was sewer pipe lining on Thanksgiving of 2021. Second time was today when a sewer pipe blockage made me call them in a panic. Rhonda requested that Rob squeeze me in to be sure that all was well with my previous Trenchless repairs, and while he was here he fixed the real issue - tree roots in the old existing clay pipes. I’m relieved and speechless. I’m also pretty judgy when it comes to dealing with service companies because I always feel like I’m getting shafted or upsold. If I’m happy with a company, I’m happy to make them a staple and spread the word about it. Rob, and Rhonda blew me away again. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, and I’m so grateful this company exists. Would absolutely send all of my friends and family to them, and will definitely use them in the future.

Televised 2" pool line from shallow end back into the vault approximately 50ft. See two areas where there could be some concern and water may be leaking out. Will provide a proposal for lining.

Televised ducts under slab portion of the house. Ducts are galvanized and show signs of rust. Suggest spin cast mortaring ducts then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Arrived to inspection and seller was unaware of the appointment and wouldn't allow access.

Performed a trenchless water service line replacement using pipe bursting technology. Excavated entry and exit pits, then pulled a bursting head through the existing pipe while simultaneously pulling in the new HDPE pipe, effectively upsizing the line with minimal surface disruption.

5-21-2024: cleaned/descaled and measured sewer in preparation for lining from stack clean out in laundry/sump pit closet to near 6” clay, install 4”x6”x5’ patch liner over drain tile. Also line from stack on other side of house up to wye connection just short of 4” main line. 5-24-2024: Installed 4”x6”x5’ patch liner at 4”cast to 6”clay connection to cover over drain tile cross connection. Lined sewer 42’ from 4” stack clean out in sump pit closet starting in 4” pvc just upstream of floor clean out in furnace closet ending in 4” patch liner. Lined sewer 16’ from 4” stack clean out in closet across basement starting in 4” pvc on stack and ending in 4” cast at wye near main 4” line. Customer was having problems in upstairs toilet, sewer ran on gravity out under basement no backup in floor drains or main sewer, only problems on upstairs toilet. Recommended changing toilet paper to lighter paper and double flush toilet/hold handle. If still having issues recommended a plumber to install a gerber avalanche toilet for a better flush.

Televised sewer from outside clean out both into house and downstream to main and verified that liner is in good condition. Checked all traps and see that they are filled in both floor drains. Homeowner is having work done on both bathroom on main level and upper level including work on the stack. Suggest that contractor doing work check that the stack is not cracked.

Televised sewer from outside clean out in driveway approximately 75 ft to city main and then back into house and cast iron. Sewer has roots at most joints going downstream and also some in the cast iron

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard ducts showing signs of deterioration. Suggest spin cast mortaring then spray lining to restore ducts.

Sewer video camera inspection service call. Televised mainline from cleanout to city line to locate damage. Recommended full CIPP service to repair line.

Sewer video camera inspection service call. Televised sewer from two clean out locations in basement. Clay tile looks to be in good condition. Cast iron is scaled and looks like it is missing pipe on the bottom. There was paper holding in pipe that was cleared by running water and running the camera through the pipe. Will provide proposal for lining cast under basement floor.

Sewer lining installation service call. 8-25-2023: Lined 6” sewer line from outside cleanout upstream approximately 28’ ending before the 4” cleanout. Reinstated two 4” connections that were possibly old downspout or drain tile connections. Lined 6” sewer line from outside cleanout downstream approximately 48’ ending prior to city main.

Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC ducts that show signs of possible water but the metal fittings look in good condition. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct armor duct lining material.

Televised sewer from outside clean out on south side of house approximately 40ft t an area near the collection pit in front yard. Sewer has slight roots at several joints. Uncovered pit and ran camera upstream and got past heavy roots. Also ran camera downstream from pit to city main and saw roots at many joints. Ran camera from clean out on north side to pit. That line looked good. Suggest gigging out the collection pit and making a repair where blockage was then install a clean out. After that a liner should be installed downstream to city main.

Sewer was backed up upstream of outside clean out. Rodded both 60 ft to main and upstream to house. Liner is in good condition. Removed roots.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Customer is getting water in ducts during heavy rains. Ducts are concrete with metal connections and fittings. Metal fittings have heavy rust the plenum under the furnace also has heavy rusting and standing water. Customer needs to extend his downspouts away from the house and also regrade the side to reduce the water getting under the slab. Once the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
