Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement to city main. Beginning 5 ft is cast and is heavily scaled with a slight back pitch. After that it transition s to clay tile. The clay tile appears to be in good condition with only slight roots in the beginning section. Suggest descaling the cast. Trenchless will provide a proposal for that work.

10-1-2024: removed large pieces of concrete from sewer line, installed 5’x6” spot repair liner over broken tee connection where old downspout line used to tie in. All downspouts are concreted over and ran above ground can see 1.5” pipe out front corner of house where sump pump discharges. Did NOT reinstate tie in from old downspout at broken tee fitting tried to camera downspout was filled with mud

Could not tv sewer. Only toilet is on the second floor of the house. There is a stack in the basement but with no clean out. Customer authorized cutting a window in the stack but there is a check valve in the floor in the basement that has not been serviced and one bolt is already broke on the cover. Suggest having a plumber service check valve and then tv sewer from there.

We are lining a old clay tile sewer from a outside clean out about 80’ to the city main, this customer had heavy root growth in some areas also sections of clay tile that were heavily cracked and broken. The seamless liner will not allow tree roots to grow into the sewer and is like new PVC inside the old clay tile also comes with a 50 year warranty!
