Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections that are rusted and allowing water to enter the system at times of heavy rains. Downspouts are not extended away from the house and the paver walkway allows for pulling next to the house. Suggest extending all downspouts with solid downspout piping and also redoing the paver walkway to allow for better water run off. Possible sump pit and pump in front of the house if water still persists. After water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with metal couplings. There was standing water in the ducts in the area of the kitchen sink. Ran water in the kitchen sink and saw water entering the duct from the joint. Sink drain needs to be repaired. The downspouts should also be extended away from the house further. After the sink drain line is repaired the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete contaminated ducts.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal connections and fittings that are rusting. Downspouts in back of house are run out but are not pitched so water is frozen in downspouts not allowing water to flow properly. Suggest reconfiguring downspouts so there is more pitch so water will not freeze in them. This will reduce the amount of water accumulating next to the house which causes water to enter into the ducts. Once the water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are metal and rusting. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor Duct lining material.
