Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are a combination of PVC and metal ducts that are allowing sand to enter the system where the metal is rusting. Plenum under furnace is also very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring metal then spray lining entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Sewer cleanout installation service call. A 4’ hole was dug on the side of the warehouse to expose the 4” cast iron sewer. The old cleanout was removed and 2 4” wyes were installed. Will be returning to descale the cast iron under the building. Work was approved by village and hole was covered up.

Video sewer inspection service call. 10-4-2023: Did a video inspection of 230’ of 4” from outside 4” pvc clean out 100’ upstream, also from inside 4” pvc floor clean out 120’ upstream. Getting quote to customer to descale all 350’ of 4” cast outside clean out needs to be excavated 5’ deep to work/descale from open hole/pipe.

There is also one ducts that is dropped. Suggest installing a sewer patch over that area then spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Metal fitting and the plenum under the furnace are heavily rusted and deteriorated. Suggest restoring structure black to fittings by spin cast mortaring a new concrete pipe in those areas. After the structure has been restored the system should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
