Televised ducts under slab floo in lower level. Ducts are concrete with metal fitting that are allowing sand to enter the system. Suggest spin cast mortaring the joints and the elbows then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised dryer vent from both outside by deck and inside. There is a section that is crushed down creating lint build up and not allowing proper airflow. There are no breaks or separations in the line.

Under slab air ducts were galvanized spiral wound metal that were extremely rusted allowing white duct to enter into the house. Trenchless innovations applied a spin cast mortar to the ducts and plenum to restore the structure then spray lined the ducts with two applications of Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts with our special high powered vacuum. After all the debris from the air ducts is cleared, we are going to encapsulate the pipes with our rubberized duct lining material. The air ducts will be completely sealed and the air in the home will be safe for the customer to breathe.

We cleaned the underground duct work, applied trenchless cast to all the metal fittings and connectors that were completely rusted out and rotted away to give them structure again, and finally we applied two applications of our duct armor product to encapsulate the transite pipe and seal the underground duct system.

We cleaned all the underground duct work which consisted of transite pipe with metal connectors and elbows that were rusted away. After everything was cleaned we were able to go in and trenchless cast the entire underground system to give the pipe structure again. Then finally we were able to apply our duct armor product to encapsulate the system leaving a clean and sealed system.

Trenchless Innovations is performing their Trenchless casting method of repair on extremely deteriorated under slab air ducts. This method of repair will spin cast a new concrete pipe inside the old deteriorated pipe to restore the structural integrity of the pipe. Once this is done the ducts will then be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material. All this will be done with no destruction to the slab floor or loss of service to the homeowner.

Video inspection of under slab air ducts. Ducts are concrete with metal connections tees and elbows. All metal connections are severely rusted. Downspouts are dropping right next to the house and causing the water level under the slab to rise up into the ducts. Customer needs to extend all downspouts. After water issue is resolved the ducts should trenchless casted with mortar to restore structure to the pipes then spray line the ducts with Duct Armor Duct lining material.

Another one of the many condos we have televised in this subdivision and found the underground duct work was heavily rusted out. First we cleaned all the ducts of dirt, dust, and debris, then we applied our spin cast mortar to restructure the weak rusted metal. Finally we were able to coat and seal the underground ducts with our duct armor product leaving a clean air flow for the customer. Now the customer can take a break from having to dust and clean daily due to old ducts allowing dirt in!

Customer was getting water in the underground air ducts so we installed a sump pit and pump with a section of drain tile deeper than the duct work to eliminate water from getting into the system, after the water issues was resolved we applied spin cast mortar to all the underground duct work to give the weak rusted metal fittings some structure, after the spin cast mortar we applied two applications of duct armor to seal all the duct work leaving a clean hvac system for the air to flow through.
