Underground duct video inspection service call. Televised underground ducts. Ducts are transite with heavily rusting connections and elbows. The feed for the ducts is behind furnace. Water was present in the last 15 feet of duct at furnace. Recommend pump in garage, discharging near downspout next to garage door. Mortaring connections and applying Duct Armor.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts are concrete with metal connections and fittings that are rusting. Need to restore structure by spin cast mortaring over the rusted fitting. After the system is structurally sound the system should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised underground duct work and found that it was transite pipe, which may contain asbestos, and also metal connectors/ elbows that were heavily rusted out. We were able to clean the system with our hepa filter vacuum, apply our trenchless casting to restructure the weak rusted metal, and finally apply two applications of duct armor to seal the system leaving a clean healthy breathing environment for the customer!

We televised some underground duct work for a HVAC company who had a customer having problems with the ducts blowing sand out of the ducts up into the house. We were able to come in clean up the dirt, sand, and debris in the lines apply our spin cast mortar system to give strength back to the weak metal elbows and connections. Finally after the prep work we came in and sealed the underground ducts with our duct armor product leaving a nice clean airflow and breathing environment.
