Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 41ft to city main and 70ft to catch basin near house. There were roots at many location going downstream and the first 8 ft going back to the house. Will provide a proposal for lining sewer to prevent roots from growing in.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. Both the concrete and the metal look to be in good condition. Will provide an estimate for spray lining the ducts to encapsulate the concrete.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard and are deteriorated with holes in the bottom. The floors would need to be opened in several locations if we were to try to restore these ducts. Suggest going overhead in bedroom and a mini split in family room.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. There was water in the ducts in the back section of the house. Property needs to be regarded back there as it is sloping to the house. The downspout should also be extended to reduce the amount of water accumulating next to the house. Once water issue is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete asbestos ducts.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. Ducts appear in solid condition only slight rusting on metal. Suggest spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material to seal connections to help reduce the possibility of radon gas.

Sprayed underground transite air ducts with our duct lining material. Air ducts are completely encapsulated with a strong rubberized material.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts appear to be Transite Ducts containing asbestos with metal couplings and elbows. Suggest spray lining ducts with Duct Armor to encapsulate the ducts without having to dig and remove or turn system overhead.
