Bob and Jim from Trenchless Innovations arrived on time, clearly explained the process they use to assess the state of the ductwork, and shared the video camera look at the inside of the ductwork. They gave an immediate general assessment of the ductwork (dirty but not corroded or damaged) based on the videos. The explained the options to seal the ductwork and why it might be needed to enhance planned radon mitigation. Their formal estimate with the video attached arrived promptly the next day. At this time I plan to complete the planned radon mitigation first to see if that step alone solves the problem. If not, the lining would be the next step.

Televised sewer from overhead cleanout cast iron is sheared a few feet outside foundation wall and is too far gone to install a liner. Sewer needs to be dug in order to make repair.

Rehabilitated a deteriorated sewer lateral connection using trenchless spot repair methods. Excavated a small pit at the junction, cleaned and prepped the pipes, then inserted a full-circle silicate resin liner. Once cured, the seamless repair sealed the connection point and prevented further infiltration without extensive digging.

Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound ducts and are showing signs of rust. Provide proposal for spin casting ducts then spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Air duct inspection service call. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are spiral wound ducts. They are dirty but do not show signs of rust or deterioration. Will provide proposal for possible spray lining to help with Radon levels.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are plastic coated spiral wound metal ducts. There was no standing water in the ducts at the time of the inspection but there were water marks and rust indicating possible water in the system at times. All the downspouts around the house need to be extended and some areas need to be regraded next to the house to allow better water flow away from the house. It is recommended that the ducts be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Televised old and deteriorated sewer line from outside cleanout.

Video inspection of underground air ducts. Ducts had water entering into them during heavy rain and melting snow. Homeowner needs to extend downspouts
