Provided estimate to install 10ft spot repair liner.
Provided estimate to line 81ft of 6" clay sewer from outside clean-out based on video inspection provided by customer.
Estimate for sewer lining
Ducts are not below ground. This is a multi story building and the area of concern is on the top floor. Unit has its own furnace, but there are no return ducts in any of the bedrooms that are furthest from the furnace.
2-4-2025: measured sewer in preparation for lining 2-5-2025: Inserted a 6” liner through the existing flood control cleanout in the front yard extending approximately 60 feet upstream ending in the previously installed patch liner near the basin. Inserted a 6” liner from the 4" stack in basement extending downstream approximately 15ft ending before the main line connection. Reinstated 4 connections.
Bob arrived at our home on time, wore coverings over his shoes and was ready to work immediately. He answered all of the many questions that we had even though we were interrupting him as he worked. He was extremely professional, cordial and efficient and we will use his services from now on. Absolutely EXCELLENT service!! Thanks Bob!!!
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized and very rusted. Suggest spin cat mortaring to restore structure then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material. Need to open up drywall in kitchen area to access supply duct feeding into floor.
Televised sewer from pulled toilet and stack in basement. There was a slight paper blockage in the main line. Customer has a very low flowing toilet and suggest that it is replaced with a Gerber Avalanche.
Hydro jetted grease out of 6”and 8” line near clean out in parking lot 115’ from manhole in parking lot cleared grease blockage out of line heavy grease, jetted and tvd all the way back to manhole line was clear, found big belly in line near clean out also downstream of clean out for about 20’ pipe is back pitched or not pitched at all that’s why water and grease holds in line through this area, installed 5’x6” spot repair liner in section of 6” clay about 18’ upstream of clean out towards restaurant and motel office space.

Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!
