Televised underground 7” galvanized metal duct work. Ductwork is rusted and there is white dust throughout the system. We recommend applying spin cast mortar to the entire underground duct system. There is an area in the kitchen that might need to be broken up in order for us to access the air ducts and repair them correctly. There are signs of water in air ducts. Two areas in the ducts were damp. Recommend extending all downspouts 5’ away from the house.
