Cleaned and measured sewer line. 4-27-2023: lined the sewer from a 6” pvc clean out in the front yard 40’ downstream to city main starting liner in 6” pvc just downstream of clean out and ending liner in 6” clay just before city main. Also lined the sewer from the same clean out 11’ upstream starting liner in 6” pvc just upstream of clean out and ending liner about 2’ into the 4” cast.

Televised sewer from outside clean out. Roots going downstream to main with some light cracks. Roots also at cast to clay. Suggest installing liner downstream and upstream to keep roots out in future.

Metal fitting on duct run coming from the front of the house are very rusted and should be spin cast mortared to restore the structure. After that the system should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning all the underground duct work, applying our trenchless cast mortar to all underground duct work, which is a spiral wound metal duct with a PVC coating that flakes off allows mold growth and creates a fine white dust in the deterioration process, after it’s coated and restructured with the mortar we are applying two applications of our duct lining material to all the underground duct work!

We are looking at the underground duct work for a customer who recently purchased a home and the home inspection found transite duct work under the slab portion of the home, so we are giving a proposal to spray line the underground duct work, which can possibly contain asbestos, encapsulating the pipe making it environmentally friendly.
