Tvd sewer with pan and tilt camera to verify dead connection lateral sewer goes to cross at city main drops down at cross into main and is blocked off straight ahead down stream and also blocked off on top at to 12 o’clock position. We can not patch or line at cross liner would end just short of cross connection.

Inserted a liner from the existing 6" cleanout extending approximately 35', overlapping PVC connection downstream towards the city main. Inserted a liner from existing basin extending approximately 75' past existing 6" cleanout. Reinstated 6” cleanout, drain tile connection, stack connection, and overhead connection. Inserted a liner from existing stack extending approximately 16' to the main line, reinstated toilet and floor drain connections. Inserted a liner from an existing overhead cleanout extending approximately 14' to the main line. Installed two tee liners at the stack connection and the overhead connection.

Conducted site assessment for potential sewer line rehabilitation. Utilized RIDGID SeeSnake PLUS inspection camera to evaluate pipe condition and determine suitability for trenchless lining. Recommended installation of a 6" clean-out with a straight tee and 2 feet of PVC pipe on the downstream side to facilitate future maintenance and lining process. Measured approximately 88 feet of pipe requiring rehabilitation. Proposed Perma-Liner Sectional Point Repair system for damaged sections and Perma-Liner Continuous Inversion method for full-length lining. This cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) solution will restore structural integrity, prevent root intrusion, and extend sewer line lifespan without extensive excavation.

I cleaned a sewer line from a 6" pvc cleanout in the driveway to a catch basin, cleaned a 40' section of pvc downstream from the catch basin to the main, cleaned a 70' section of pvc from the main to the catch basin, cleaned a branch line from the front of the house to the 6" main, and tvd from the stack near the laundry to the 6" main. I also tvd from the catch basin to the stack where the kitchen and laundry tie in.

Ductwork video camera service visit. Televised ducts under slab portions of house. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite with Asbestos. Suggest spray lining to seal for possible radon and also encapsulate the concrete pipes.
Bob S.
Air duct inspection visit. Televised ducts under slab floor in lower level. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. There was standing water in 2 pout of the 3 ducts. Recommended air duct repair service. Suggest regrading front of house and extending downspouts. After that the ducts should be spin cast mortared on the metal then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning the sewer and lining a 50’ section of 6” clay tile pipe that has heavy tree root growth at the clay tile pipe joints, lining through these joints with our seamless liner won’t allow the tree roots to grow back into the sewer and cause a sewer back up into the house!

Televised sewer from outside clean out. Heavy roots aroung 50 - 60 ft out. Rodded sewer 90 ft to city main then televised to make sure roots were gone. Will provide quote for lining approximately 50 ft of sewer with a 30 ft remote start.

Applied our duct lining product to all underground duct work under a slab section of the home to prevent from rusting out and deteriorating also seal any leaky connections leaving a clean air flow into the home.
Bob S.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal connections and fittings. Plenum under furnace and the metal connections are rusting away. There was no standing water in the system but there were signs where water had been in the system. Suggest extending all downspouts away from the house. Two that are in the ground should be removed during the winter months and run above ground. After addressing the water issue the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
