Also line from catch basin in back (7’5” deep) to overlap liner from clean out x5 reinstates Lined sewer from 6” pvc clean out 45’ to city main, also lined from catch basin 85’ to liner from clean out, reinstated 5 connection

Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 41ft to city main and 70ft to catch basin near house. There were roots at many location going downstream and the first 8 ft going back to the house. Will provide a proposal for lining sewer to prevent roots from growing in.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. Both the concrete and the metal look to be in good condition. Will provide an estimate for spray lining the ducts to encapsulate the concrete.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard and are deteriorated with holes in the bottom. The floors would need to be opened in several locations if we were to try to restore these ducts. Suggest going overhead in bedroom and a mini split in family room.

Sewer leak detection service call. Televised sewer from overhead cleanout about 56ft to city main. Sewer has heavy roots near cast to clay. Will provide a proposal for installing a liner.

Televised sewer from outside PVC Check valve. There are roots at the cast to clay. Rodded into house to clear roots. Provide proposal for lining from PVC by check valve back into cast iron.
