Hydro-jetted and televised previously lined sewer lines from the outside clean-outs upstream into building.

Tuesday, July 23, 2024 Excavated on the east side of the building to expose the cast-to-clay connection. Cleaned and descaled the sewer line in preparation of lining. Televised and measured the sewer line following cleaning. Wednesday, July 24, 2024 Inserted a 4” liner through the 4” stack in Unit E extending downstream approximately 90’ to open excavation east side of building Inserted a 6” liner through the open excavation extending downstream approximately 50’ to the city main. Reinstated 4 - 4" stack connections and 4-2” laundry connections. Thursday, July 25, 2024 Installed a 6" clean-out at the cast to clay connection and bedded the pipe in stone. Backfilled the hole.

On 7-9-24, excavated outside at the cast to clay connection and descaled 200’ of 4” cast iron pipe in preparation for lining. On 7-10-24, lined 120’ of 4” sewer upstream from the open hole and 80’ downstream, overlapping the first liner. Reinstated nine 4” stack connections. On 7-11-24, installed a 5’ 6” patch downstream, reinstated nine 2” connections, installed a 6” PVC cleanout, and backfilled the hole with 3/4” stone and dirt.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings and connections that are rusted and allowing water to enter the ducts. There needs to be drain tile added lower and fed into the existing original sump pit then the ducts should be spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Received a service call for a video inspection of under-slab ductwork. Utilized televised inspection to examine ducts beneath the slab floor. Observed PVC ducts displaying indications of potential mold growth. Recommend addressing this issue by applying spray lining with Duct Armor for long-lasting protection and improved air quality.

Responded to a piping repair service call. Descaled 8 feet of 6" galvanized pipe. Conducted spot repairs with a total of 8 feet of liner using epoxy resin, accessed from the overhead stack cleanout in the basement. The repair spanned from 6" PVC to 8" PVC, covering a section where a break occurred near the foundation wall.
