2-25-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 4” pvc clean out at 2241 hart street downstream 25’ to 4” pvc, also from 4” pvc clean out at 2237 hart street upstream 40’ to pvc tee at 2241 hart street. Installed 5’x4” patch liner at major void near 2237 hart. 2-26-2025: lined 4” clay sewer from 4” pvc clean out under deck at 2241 Hart 25’ downstream starting liner in 4” pvc near clean out and ending liner in 4” pvc. Also lined 4” clay sewer from 4” pvc clean out at 2237 Hart upstream 40’ starting liner in 4” pvc near clean out and ending just upstream of 4” pvc tee where 2241 Hart ties in, reinstated 4” pvc tee from 2241 Hart, also reinstated 4” connection from 2237 Hart.
Televised ducts to check condition of lining. There are what appear to be a couple holes in one or two of the lines. There also appeared to be water marks in the plenum from possible ground water. All downspouts are still dropping next to house. Will review video to see what can be done about holes.

Televise sewer line from 3 -4" outside cleanout and als from manhole on Grieves Street upstream
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are a combination of PVC and metal ducts that are allowing sand to enter the system where the metal is rusting. Plenum under furnace is also very rusted. Suggest spin cast mortaring metal then spray lining entire system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Sewer cleanout installation service call. A 4’ hole was dug on the side of the warehouse to expose the 4” cast iron sewer. The old cleanout was removed and 2 4” wyes were installed. Will be returning to descale the cast iron under the building. Work was approved by village and hole was covered up.
Video sewer inspection service call. 10-4-2023: Did a video inspection of 230’ of 4” from outside 4” pvc clean out 100’ upstream, also from inside 4” pvc floor clean out 120’ upstream. Getting quote to customer to descale all 350’ of 4” cast outside clean out needs to be excavated 5’ deep to work/descale from open hole/pipe.
Sewer lining service call. 10-2-2023: lined sewer from open hole in kitchen/ bathroom 18’ downstream of 4” cast starting liner in 4” PVC and ending liner in 4” cast at cast-clay connection.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts possibly Transite with metal fittings and connections that are very rusted and deteriorated. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining system with Duct Armor duct lining material.
